😭 This is bringing me to tears as I begin to consider whether I at age 39 have ADHD. And listening and watching I’m ticking off these traits and criticisms that have been thrown at me especially by my own family (lazy, too sensitive, messy day dreaming)… and realising that this could be my reality. Constantly feel like I have too many tabs open, quite organised in work life (but not at home) because I’m a chronic people pleaser and always imposter syndrome and not good enough so have to have coping strategies of endless lists and reminders to ensure I don’t drop the ball.
