I started intuitive eating. tracking calories never again. it's too stressful anyway. 😩 now I exercise and eat treats in moderation. 👍🏻 losing weight a little slowly but I know it's sustainable.

I used to work out a ton and ate in deficit and was not very successful. Now I’m in slight calorie deficit but focus on hitting protein and fibre goals and only work out 1-2X weekly and I feel great!
