I know you know they preach protein but it’s soooooooo much more important now with the shots!!! I started WLS at 300lbs, lost 150. Gained 12 back and started MJ. I’m down 16lbs but only been 8 weeks.

I would try 1,500 cal’s high protein low carb and don’t work out. I would stick to that and see what happens.

Same girl.Was on mounjaro.But unfortunately it became too expensive.Gained 18 lbs.Been on semiglutide shot for 4 months.3 lbs?Thats it.
