@brothersmake: We’re always very careful when it comes to waste, especially when working with plastic. As soon as the particles are small enough where picking up by hand becomes unfeasible, the collection rate plummets. So we choose not to sand and use chisels, knives and scrapers to do our shaping. But if you’re anything like us, chisel sharpening is always one of those ‘we’ll do it next week’ type jobs. Well, next week turned into next month.. and 5 years later we’ve got a bunch of blunt and slightly rusty chisels collecting dust. We fired up our Triton Tools Whetstone Sharpener, filled it with water and within half an hour, we had a set of sharp tools ready to go. And the motor is super quiet, making it a nice, therapeutic way to spend time in the workshop.
