my first visit to a doc in 5 years. she tells me my BP is 180/90. came home, BP was 134/82. freaked me out. another reason not to go back to the doctor 😳

No thanks. Doctors support pharmaceutical companies. They are not going to agree. I lost 70lbs with a treadmill and diet. No pills anymore. That’s what ppl need. Not the easy way
