My adhd is quite the opposite , I handle/worry/am there for other people and don’t take care of my own needs till it gets to the point where I break down emotionally and physically

100% feel this lately. Turned 37 and I’m like… wow where has everybody gone. I ghosted ppl that actually did care, & chased the ones who couldn’t GAF. I just have my family and maybe one close friend
