@insideedition: A sweet, old #dog that was also blind and deaf was enjoying his final years until he was shot and killed by a #police officer who said he believed the pet had rabies. Now theres a huge backlash against the #Sturgeon, #Missouri, police officer. Bodycam footage shows the officer walking to the fluffy white 13-pound #shihtzu named Teddy after responding to a call about an injured dog. At first he sounds as nice as can be as he tries to get a lasso around the dog's neck.
