The cigarette fuse is blown... the topdon is supplying power to the OBD port.. the other ones are Bluetooth and require power from the port

Inspection Station could not Inspect a 2005 Odyssey, but the same Inspection Station inspected the same van last year. I had to go to another facility to get odyssey inspected

bad grounds on the gm hummers envoys colorados etc. common issue. check the grounds first. under seat area under truck to frame and under dash pass side middle and kick panel

On an 12 Audi a8, there was two different A8 options that year, and the system automatically defaulted to the first one which wouldn’t read the cars Ecm. Eight hour to figure that out
