Vet nurse here - ask your vet if they can do liberal injections. They are anti inflammatory to help joint pains and reduce swelling in the joints to help dogs with arthritis

So good you caught it early. I have my tripod on Dasaquin Advance, Adequan shots (I saw too many side effects online about Librella) and eating frozen green mussel and he runs around like a pup now

Look into cold laser therapy and adequin shots! More pricy but definitely help!Family dogs have had severe arthritis and both helped so much!
