If any go back to their old habits like eating sugars, processed and greasy foods all the time than yes, the weight will comeback. But GLP seems to help to rewire our brain and body to eat better

I been out for 2 months now, doing maintenance watching what I’m eating my weight keeps around the same, one pound difference up or down every week, one week I lost 2 pounds and I was surprised.

I started changing my diet habits before I started but I did go one week with out and my legs swelled again and my blood pressure went back to dangerous so I hope to stay on it as long as I can
