My hoa drives me nuts they call to complain about dirt stains on the rd in front of my driveway 😭😂 they also think garbage should never been seen even on garbage day😭😭😭😂😂😂

I couldn’t imagine buying my own house and somebody tell me where I can’t and can put my stuff at, my garbage can can’t be in a certain spot and being forced to pay a fine if I don’t do what they want

We have an HOA, but ours is so relaxed. As long as your grass doesn’t look like a jungle and you aren’t painting your house an obnoxious color, they are chill!

Get on the board or work with the other owners to change the docs. Otherwise, you knew the rules when you purchased - or should have known the rules.

I lived in an HOA years ago, then moved to the country. When I looked for a house last year I avoided HOAs. No HOA, but our neighborhood is still beautiful
