@thecherrysquish: We FINALLY have a restaurant where ramen noodles are the star of the show in my city. I ordered ramen on my first visit but never again. As it turns out, I prefer the cheap thirty-three cent noodles at home. Instead, I get a variety of delicious appetizers as a meal when I eat there. My favorite are the Ajitsuke Tamago, aka Ramen Eggs. 🤤 One day I hope to find a buffet style ramen bar to try, assuming a restaurant like that exists around here. It would be nice to customize the noodles, broth and toppings. In the meantime I will settle for a meal with Noel the Ramen Bowl.
