@jessicasantiago5317: Just a ittle mini sourdough loves baking this morning. I’ve been using King Arthur all purpose flour and it has made my loaves completely different. Ever since the weather got warmer the bread flour has been an absolute disaster for me. I tried doing 50-50 of each. I’ve tried just doing bread flour again and the bread is just not coming out the same. Anyone else go through this?
