Can universities offer you a place but with higher grades that your predicted ? For example if they want AAA but l apply with A*A*B will they consider me at all ?

No, you should ask your teacher to boost your grade, unless you’ve actually demonstrated improvement. The school can be black-listed if grades are consistently inflated.
