Use a mix of ground beef, veal and pork . It will taste like a real meatloaf instead of a giant hamburger .

I have never ever made meatloaf like that!!! You add green peppers and onions and let them cook with the meatloaf. You add tomatoes sauce when it’s done not before

I form it into large fist sized meatballs. Everyone chooses their own topping if they don’t do ketchup. They cook faster and they’re still delicious!
