Wrap dough in parchment of plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 4. Combine all ingredients for the filling and set aside.  5. Roll out dough and punch out circles the size of your tartelette trays, and align them. 6. Poke holes at the bottom using a fork, and add filling.  7. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. 8. Once cooled, glaze tops with maple syrup. 9. Whisk together icing ingredients. 10. Add icing to a piping bag with a star tip, and pipe into the center of each pie.
