I love using the kale then coconut cocktail really make sure it's saturated then using my Wet2straight iron so it really gets the heat activation omg how my hair feels and the damage/dryness recovery

So how often would you recommend using this? It has protein and I’ve had protein overload before 🥺 What would the product recommendations be over a week for fine bleached hair? With the top half of the head being prone to tangles. TY
