Golden Freddy can't stand up because it is a spring-lock suit designed for a human operator to wear, and its crumpled sitting position is a result of the human who was trapped inside. When the spring-locks failed, the endoskeleton was forced inside the suit, leaving the occupant, Cassidy, unable to stand and movement only possible as a phantom-like presence.

golden freddy cant stand not becuase he doesnt have a exoskeleton. he does, hehas a perfect exoskeleton andhe cant move becuase it is either from the exo skeleton being turned off aswell as it could be from cassidy as she is possesing golden freddy and not actual springlocked inside it. it was springlocked but the bkdy was cleaned aswell as the exoskeleton and they put one which isnt used which is why there ws a spare exoskeleton in fna1 or fnaf2 and the reason why you can tell that cassidy is possesing golden freddy because yiu can get secret animations as he dissapears and reappers like a phantom. even if cassidy was still in the suit it wouldnt move as it has to be operated by a phantom(shortened version,(1)(sprinlock suit is turned off and canr be moved,only operated by human.(2)(cassidy posseses golden freddy which is why golden feeddy cant move

springlock suit can operate by itself, and gloden freddy isn't a springlock suit considering him having 4 fingers not 5 + how they died isn't how the animatronic looks

Golden Freddy isn’t a spring lock suit, because he has 4 fingers, but a spring lock suit needs 5 otherwise it would be uncomfortable for the person wearing it, the reason he can’t move is because he doesn’t have an endo skeleton
