The problem in england is the privatization of the clubs. Investors ruin atmospheres. Ticket prices get higher and the usual fans cant afford to attend every game

I’m from Germany and I can confirm it’s not allowed they just smuggle good or hide it in Stadiums before the game and the clubs probably get a fine because of it. It’s an on going battle with the DFB

it‘s not allowed anywhere in Europe, the clubs in Germany actually have to pay quite big fines because of pyrotechnics

Dortmund wasnt allowed to do this and no fans in Germany are allowed😂thatswhy they use masks. They also have their tricks to get flears in the stadium otherwise they get banned
