@__xinhann: 치킨 로제 떡볶이 chicken rose tteokbokki *재료 ingredients 닭다리살 Boneless Chicken leg 400g 쌀떡 Rice tteok 500g 버섯 Mushroom 50g 파프리카 Paprika ½ ea 양파 Onion ½ ea *고추장 로제소스 gochujang rose sauce 생크림 Fresh 300 g 고추장 Gochujang 20g 고춧가루 Chili powder 1T 올리고당 30g 마늘 가루 Garlic Powder 5g 닭 육수 Chicken stock 200ml 굴소스 Oyster sauce 1T 레시피 1. 떡은 요리 하기 1시간 전 뜨거운 물에 불려 놓는다. 2. 한 입 크기로 싼 닭다리 살을 팬에 노릇하게 구워 준 뒤, 80% 정도 익었을 때 빼둔다. 3. 치킨을 구운 팬에 양파,버섯,파프리카를 넣고 볶다가야채의 숨이 죽으면 치킨을 넣어 준다. 4. 여기에 분량의 양념을 넣고, 불려진 떡을 넣고 떡이 부드러워질때까지 끓여준다. (바닥이 타지 않게 계속 저어주면서) 5. 치즈, 채 썬 대파, 홍고추, 참깨를 뿌려낸다. 1. Soak the rice cakes in hot water for 1 hour before cooking. 2.
