Mutton Shinwari Karahi Recipe Ingredients * 1 kg mutton * ½ cup oil * Salt to taste — I used 1 tsp * 1 tbsp garlic paste * 3 cups water * 6 tomatoes, chopped * Green chillies, as required * ½ tbsp black pepper * Lemon slices, for garnish * Extra green chillies, for garnish Method 1. In a pressure cooker, add ½ cup oil, 1 kg mutton, salt, garlic paste, and 3 cups of water. 2. Mix well, close the pressure cooker, and cook for 20 minutes or until the mutton becomes tender. 3. Once the mutton is cooked, transfer it to a karahi. 4. Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies. 5. Add black pepper and mix everything well. 6. Cover and cook on medium flame until the tomatoes become soft and tender. 7. Once the oil separates and the karahi is nicely cooked, garnish with green chillies and lemon slices. 8. Serve hot with naan, roti, or chapati.
