I ran my first marathon recently, and honestly… it wasn’t what I expected. Not because it was harder (it was), but because it was more mental than anything else. There were moments I felt strong, moments I questioned everything, and moments where I just had to keep putting one foot in front of the other. This isn’t expert advice.
