You’re the only Tok carpenter, that levels / plumbs a window, from the outside. I’ve seen installations where they nail up then try level/plumb from the inside.

why not caulk the window fin? and why not use a drill with screws? also set it from the inside so you're level and plumb but also the reveal is right and operates.
