I'm disabled. Idk why the cart returns are always so far away from the blue spots. I park near cart return because I know when I get done shopping I could have an episode.

when my son was newborn in the winter time we'd just park next to the cart return thingy lol and I'm talking Wyoming winter

idk I have always found a way to figure it out with the exception of two times when I believe to been followed so they don't count.
