EXECUTION - Keep your elbows tucked in, inhale as you lower the barbell to your chest. - Exhale as you press the barbell up to your starting position. - Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions. TIPS - Using a grip that is shoulder-width apart and keeping your elbows close to your body is essential inorder to maximize the emphasis on your triceps brachii instead of your chest. - Do not use a narrower than shoulder width apart grip. That will not put more emphasis on your triceps but it will reduce your range of motion and put unnecessary pressure on your wrists. - Avoid using a a false (thumbless or suicide) grip with any kind of bench press. - Have a spotter whenever you’re going heavy. - When performed using a proper form, the close-grip bench press is a most effective exercise for developing your triceps brachii FOR ONLINE & OR FACE TO FACE COACHING DM 📥 #gymmotivation #fitnessmotivation #beginnertips #benchpress #closegripbenchpress #workoutmotivation #tricepworkout #dxbfitness #marzrodie
