I recently stayed at Royal Seginus Resort and was very disappointed with the experience. • Restaurant service was poor: long lines, slow staff, and many dishes ran out without being refilled — only rice and bread were replaced. • Rooms were not cleaned properly; only basic tidying was done while dirt remained. • Guest services were unhelpful, and there was clear discrimination between Turkish guests and foreigners. • Staff were mostly inexperienced. • No currency exchange was available, even for $100 — I had to leave the resort for this. Because of these issues, I will not return to this resort or any Royal Resorts properties.
