@grossypelosi: I grew up eating Italian dressing-marinated grilled chicken. For me, it’s a staple of summer. Bottled Italian dressing is a one-ingredient upgrade to your grilled chicken. It has everything you want in a great marinade: salt, acid, sugar, and herbs. Today I’m grilling it on my @Weber Grills Genesis Smart Gas Grill to make two different dinners. I’m grilling marinated boneless chicken thighs, red peppers and onion and topping it with mozzarella, fresh basil and balsamic drizzle to make the perfect ciabatta sandwich for me,and then I am using all the same ingredients plus arugula to make a dreamy caprese-inspired salad for Gus!
