What they’re really asking is: 💬 “How do you self reflect?” 💬 “Do you have the capacity for personal and professional growth?” 💬 “Are you going to reveal a red flag or nonstarter to me here?” They want to gauge your self-awareness and ability to learn from mistakes. My advice? Avoid anything heavy. Rather, opt for mistake that’s more embarrassing for you than harmful. Something relatable, funny, lighthearted. But still talk about your learnings!
