Holdon. I have an issue with this. Several of those issues are external, the norms for a society are built by those living in it. Working on yourself only internally doesn’t change those perceptions?

As a therapist, I love working with men w/ patriarchal trauma - watching men heal, getting back in touch with their need & ability to emotionally connect with themselves and others is profound.

I think you should phrase it as men "re-centering themselves" or "derailing conversations about women's issues" not "decentering women" bc women aren't centered in society anyway
