@leannewardnutrition: Stop skipping breakfast and make these delicious and meal prep friendly blended mango & coconut chia puddings🥭🥥 They taste like summer in winter which is the best kinda of taste 😋 These blended chia puddings will help keep you fuller for longer due to the high amounts of protein, fibre and healthy fats. I’ve seen so many people blending their oats and chia puddings lately so naturally, I had to give it a whirl 😉 These take less than 10 minutes to prep and give you a healthy and nourishing breaky for 3 days. You can easily sub the fruit for any other kind if you don’t like mango or passionfruit. Makes 3 portions Ingredients: 6 tbsp chia seeds 3 tbsp desiccated coconut 1.25 cups milk 2 handfuls of frozen mango 6 heaped tbsp thick, protein yoghurt 6 tbsp passionfruit Method: 1. Grab 3 glass jars with lids or meal prep containers. 2. Add the chia seeds (2 tbsp per jar) and coconut (1 tbsp per jar) to the jars. 3. Blend the milk and mango together until smooth then pour this (1/2 cup per jar) on top of the chia and coconut mixture. Stir until combined. 4. Pop the lid on the jars then place all jars in the fridge to set for an hour. 5. Once the chia is set, add yoghurt and passionfruit (2 tbsp per jar) on top (this makes it quite tart so if you prefer it sweet, sub for something like peaches or kiwifruit). Pop the lids back on and put it in the fridge until you are ready to eat it (eat within 3 days). What other recipes do you guys want to see me create?🤩
