I have lived in a flat for ages and have not been able to to BBQ so now having my studio and a place to create loads of smoke! If you have followed me for 5 years or 1 day hopefully you will know I love smoky things and burning things.. cooking direct onto the coals is a sure fire way of burning something! I love romesco and all those glorious fresh sauces but love to mess about with them so this is like a romesco pesto 🤷🏼‍♂️ the flavours are banging Also don’t be afraid to cook fish on the BBQ it won’t stick if you let it cook and release itself.
