as long as the form is correct the speed doesn't affect hypertrophy but faster reps helps w strength training but for hypertrophy both slow and fast will work as long as you hit close to failure

doesn't matter. hypertrophy is all about mechanical tension(isn't it?) which can be thought of as the involuntary slowing down of muscle contraction or the simply the movement.
