Why don’t you have a general message greeting that explains everything when a person calls about their car being towed? And then have them press a number after the message to speak with you?

My son lived in some apartments in SC. He paid extra for parking. The slots were always full and he would have to park like a mile away and walk home late at night. He finally had to switch to hours that allowed him to get home earlier in the day to get a slot and not leave again until morning. He was so glad when his lease was up.
