@rebecariof: Another red carpet during the @festivaldecannes. Attended the film premiere of “Anora,” an American comedy drama film written and directed by the talented @bakermovies . It stars Mikey Madison in the title role of an exotic dancer and follows her beleaguered romance with the son of a Russian oligarch. I was sitting next to an elderly, very elegant French couple, and the opening scene of the movie was a bare derrière dancing - suddenly I hear a ‘mon Dieu.’ This was when I knew the film would be good!
