I just wanted to say thank you this recipe was a life saver, I twisted my ankle really bad and it’s starting to heal but I can’t stand on it for too long all my meat is frozen so I remembered I has Italian sausage which I usually defrost in running cold water but it takes a while,so here I see your recipe and I did it and in 15 minutes I had cooked sausages starting from frozen I can’t thank you enough because I was so sick of tuna,peanut butter and jelly,cup of soup now with some pasta I have a good meal for a few days .
