A good dad would tell you that the metal ones go for about $10-$12 each. The middle ones are the safe way to go.

I read an article a few years ago that found that basically every wall anchor can handle at least its advertised weight and usually more.

glad you mentioned the toggle bolts, by far the most sturdy. only downside is if you have to remove it, you need to get more of the receiving ends because you can't retrieve it 😂

If you use the toggle bolt also use a washer on the front side it will be more stable as well

i use the togle bolos that have a zip tie and a plastic ring that holds it in place and that sits flat. always afraid the buterfly ones would dig into the drywall over time with the thin edges
