I bought a property from a deceased estate. The attorney handling the estate insisted that I use them, which I had to do. I feel the buyer is responsible to pay the fees and should be able to choose.

The Buyer pays 90% of the fees so the Buyer Should be more likely to choose the Transfer Attorney. Should carry more weight as the cost is on the buyer to cover.
