In small towns there's all kinds of opportunities, especially for commercial and industrial. if somebody has some capital or they have two or three people, investors or whatever, you can move into a smaller community and you can set up a smaller commercial industrial Enterprise and they'll be people there willing to work

I moved to Texas from Calgary and honestly the food system here is terrible. The property tax is through the roof. Things are very expensive here to. Don’t be fooled
