@..aliain: Sticky toffee pudding with banana-caramel sauce 🥰 Save this recipe 👇 For the pudding: ▫️325 g dates ▫️275 dark brown sugar ▫️3 eggs ▫️90 g butter ▫️300 g flour ▫️1 teaspoon baking powder For the sauce: ▫️150 g butter ▫️200 g dark brown sugar ▫️150 g heavy cream ▫️2 ripe bananas ▫️cream to serve Preheat the oven to 190 degrees with convection. Grease a 30x23x4 cm baking dish with oil and line with baking parchment.Place the dates in a saucepan, pour in 225 ml of water. Cook over medium-low heat until soft 4-5 minutes .Grind with a blender and cool.Mix all the ingredients for the pudding , add the date puree and bake for 25-30 minutes. Prepare the cream.Combine all the ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Pour the sauce into a blender, add the bananas and chop. Pour the sauce over each portion of pudding. Top with a large spoonful of whipped cream and serve.
