A half width keyboard is basically the same as the button phones where you have to press 1 one time for a, press 1 twice for b etc. Blokia rules. Japanese people still use these with touch 👌

I had to google what half-width means so no, we dont use it in my country. I doubt any language using latin alphabet uses it.

from what i can see, half width is the normal way of inputting text in the latin alphabet. (this is half width). full width characters only exist in C/J/K languages, so on the iPhone you can only

From the rest of the Latin worlds perspective: Half width is actually normal width. And full width is double width.

uh...im pretty sure the english keyboard is half characters. full width alpha numeric characters ive only ever seen on a japanese keyboard...

I’m pretty sure the default is half width. My issue is full width. Had to use that to order concert tix, luckily there are generators online.
