@eddieabbew: I remember when they managed to convince us that animal fat was bad for us. We shouldn’t even cook with it, let alone eat it. They started producing rancid vegetable oils for us to cook with. There was a time when I would’ve been disgusted by the thought of eating this type of amount of fat. I’m here to tell you that it’s all a lie. There is nothing wrong with eating animal fat. It contains nutrients that are also good for you.
