Easy way to do tips. 43.29. Move decimal once to the left leaving you with 4.329. I round up to make it easier, $5 then double it. $10 tip.

One time a restaurant did that to us and we found that they were putting the tip amount based on what the pizza should have been at full price We were there on half price night.
