Tipping is only needed when the owner don’t pay fair salaries. So I get a tips for a service and den max 1-2% or I round up. So scream to owner and say that you need a fair salary

My favorite is when they pay cash and tell me to keep the change as my tip with a big ole smile and it’s like 36 cents. Like no you keep it dude, can’t even pay for a bus ride with this but thanks

I had someone leave me a few pennies it was a 50 top!!!! After they told me how amazing I was and told my manager how amazing and they said they were gonna leave tip on the table in cash. Nothing.
