if you have a still all those loquats are enough to ferment and distill. I've made loquat wine but wanting to make brandy. there is just so much yield of fruit you can probably make ~2-5 gallons of brandy just from one tree

We have three very large loquat trees and we love them. They are in our garden as well. They make really great jam. It’s a lot of work.
