My kimchi jar also burst in its 3rd day of fermentation. After 5th day its starting to taste abit different. Is it okey to consume it? The taste is not so bad but still it donot taste fresh.

I think you put too much. kena leave some room for it to ferment, around 1 to 2 inch. learnt it the hard way jugak huhu
