I have severe tinnitus and severe hyperacusis for about 8-9 years now. It is a living hell. It does not go away and you live like this for the rest of your life. Trust me on this and wear earplugs!

Tinnitus is so debilitating and nobody understands until they get it themselves. You don’t even need extreme hearing damage to get it either, so stay safe you guys and wear your ear plugs ‼️‼️

yea tinnitus is bad but my average is +110db when listening to live concerts on my sound system and my ears are still fine?? (2x 7000w 32 inch sub💀💀)
