@smarteatspantry: Honest review of LMNT electrolytes - are they worth the price? If you are an intense exerciser, maybe (more info below). If you are looking for a healthy or hangover drink, no. They give too much salt without vitamins, antioxidants, or a good diversity of electrolytes. For heavy sweaters, the 1,000 mg of sodium can improve athletic performance. However, this may come at the expense of health benefits that you otherwise get because you lose excess sodium from the body. They also promote bogus conspiracy-type arguments around sodium intake. Contrary to their stance, lots of sodium is bad. It contributes to high blood pressure and risk of cardiovascular disease. Do not believe them in their claims that sodium is a boogeyman without health risks. . . . . . #salt #electrolytes #exercise #supplements #review

I do strength training 3 days a week, run 2x a week and run and train for 1 marathon every year. I battle cramps during marathon training. What would you suggest as good supplements to prevent this
