@kasongrainger: Not saying my method of training is perfect (because it’s different for each individual person) but I have noticed great results from doing this. I used to take every set to failure + partials and even though my progress was still good while doing that, I would always be SUPER fatigued after every single one of my workouts and would need to take more rest days than usual. However, not every single person experiences this when taking every one of their working sets to failure in a workout. This is why I say to experiment with your own training volume and intensity to figure out what works the absolute best for you 🤝
