@uncle.rommy: Most people that “get into shape” fluctuate like yo-yos 🪀 Two weeks looking great and find them in 2 months completely out of shape That’s because the playbook is copy and paste among everyone Fasted cardio or stair climbers, workout with weights following a 3 sets x 10 rep program and “calorie deficit” to lose weight or “calorie surplus” to gain muscle (thanks to the myfitnesspal fan club) You’ll follow the game plan for a bit but it won’t be sustainable and inevitably you fall out of that shape and get back worse than you started. BUT I can’t do things that way My process doesn’t allow for any of that shit It’s not about the testimonial shots of how you looked for 3 days but how you will look 3 months after You should only have to get ripped once It’s that simple And we need to do it in a way that is sustainable for the long term I have my dream physique with strength and mobility to go with it But it’s a game that I still want to continue fine tuning because it gives me so much in my real life And it’s such a small price to pay for the reward I get It’s about allocating our time correctly to tjr needle moving activities Giving you the biggest bang for your buck for your time and effort
