My grandma passed away 2 nights ago at home, on hospice, from fighting dementia for a few years. She went peacefully but it gets worse so quickly. I love watching your videos.

My mom is at the last stage. I visited her at the nursing home yesterday and she was having trouble swallowing even water. I am so afraid this is it but praying it was just a bad day.

Oh bless her💔 I am a carer in a care home and I care for dementia patients and it’s so heart breaking I watch them become more distant from us everyday. I always wonder what they are thinking🙏🏼
